Kellyanne Conway

Kellyanne Conway (b. January 20, 1967) is a Republican strategist and pollster. She is president and CEO of the polling company, inc./WomanTrend.

Company

Conway founded the polling company, inc. 1995 and is its president and CEO. The firm includes WomanTrend, a research and consulting division founded in 1993 to better connect corporate America with the female consumer. WomanTrend monitors female consumers as well as a multitude of current and prospective lifestyle, home, work, entertainment, technological, and generational trends affecting all consumers.

Personal expertise

Throughout her two decades in market research, Conway has provided primary research and advice for clients in 46 of the 50 states and has directed hundreds of demographic and attitudinal survey projects for statewide and congressional political races, trade associations, and Fortune 100 companies. Clients include Lifetime Television, The Heritage Foundation, Major League Baseball, The Federalist Society, Coalition of Community Pharmacists Association, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Mass Connections, American Express, ABC News, Ladies Home Journal, and the U.S. Department of Labor.

She has provided commentary on over 1,200 television shows, and numerous radio shows and print stories. She has been profiled in over a dozen magazines, newspapers, and television programs. Her polling data and op-eds have been published by many newspapers. She has received the Washington Post’s “Crystal Ball” award for accurately predicted elections.

Education/Law Career

Conway is a graduate of Trinity College, Washington, D.C., where she earned a B.A. in Political Science.

She holds a law degree from George Washington University Law Center. She has clerked for a judge in Washington, D.C. For four years she was an adjunct professor at George Washington University Law Center.[1]

Personal life

Born as Kellyanne Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, she was raised in South Jersey. She is married to George T. Conway III, a litigation partner at the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. The couple has four children and live in the New York City area.
